Q. What is your refund/exchange  policy?

A: We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. Refer to the refund/exchange policy for more details.

Q. My order says it is in transit. Where is it?

A. Once your packaged has been shipped out, it is no longer in our possession! Please direct tracking questions to the selected delivery company who is in possession of your package. We see the same tracking information that our customers see.

Q. How long before orders ship out?

A. Estimated 24-48 hours. DEPENDING ON THE AMOUNT OF ORDERS! DOES NOT GUARANTEE, YOUR ORDER WILL SHIP THAT DAY!!!!! We will do our best to have your items shipped  within this time frame. We appreciate you patients
